make sure the shoes were put on right .  Short linning on front and long linning on the rear.   Is the ABS light on ?? That can cause the same problem.

Take it to the dealer if its new. If not find a shop that has a smoke machine and find where the EVAP leak is then you don't have to just throw parts at it.

You want syncromesh from the DLR(dealer) its about the same price.
